The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and hospitable; Hadi at the reception was very friendly, we had an early flight, hence and generous early check in was offered to us.. the concierge is very kind and friendly.. A few comments, but nothing significant.. Do not expect views or nice outdoor spaces, this is an urban hotel, the furniture is somewhat outdated but in good condition and clean.. Breakfast is a little limited, but with the great location of the hotel, you have unlimited breakfast options in a short walking distance to Zaytouna bay.. I would come back!

Staff (Hussain, Shirbl, coaches in spa facilities, dining staff, and others), fast check in & check out, breakfast, location, spa facilities (sauna, steam room and swimming pool), gym, near grocery stores, barbershops, and exchange facilities. It was very easy to find taxis near the hotel. I chose this specific hotel, since it is the only one, in Beirut , that has a large indoor swimming pool. This helps to easily practice swimming during the winter season. I thank the management for their hospitality and kind help during my stay. Sure will come again to enjoy this nice city, if God willing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lebanon. Its location is perfect—close to the town, making it easy to get around. The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The combination of comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service, especially from Hadi, made my stay truly comfortable.
